Tweeti've just done some reading up and it seems, should i even bother cutting up or keep going for mass?? im 185lb 23 6ft dont know my bf% but dont think its alot. i would like to get rid of the stomach i have got over the last 12 weeks.
Tweeti've just finished my 12 week cycle and am very pleased with the results, however, i am now a little confused!!! i have been told to start cutting up so i can see the new muscles i have just developed, but the problem i have is i have been told a number of ways to do this, i have been told to go balls out and hit the running machine hard and do alot of cv, and i have also been told to carry on with heavy weights and just do cardio 3-4 times a week but keeping it low resistance. can any one help here?? i dont want to lose the size i have gained but do want to cut up and show off my hard earned muscle. any suggestions would be great.

TweetYou don't wanna start cutting right after your cycle, I mean you can take some clen to harden you up but DO NOT reduce you caloric intake to much and you still wana keep the protein high. If your just coming off your cycle don't start to cut right away give it some time, you'll have all the time in the world to cut later.
Tweeti was thinking of running clen, but i aint been doing any cv throughout my 12 weeks cycle, should i start doing some now? or keep eating and training big. when should i start cutting then???

TweetDO NOT cut right after a cycle. you are already catabolic from the absence of exogenous anabolics and will loose all your gains quickly in a caloric defeciet. wait 3 months to cut so your body can get back to homeostasis. keep your calories up and your cardio down. train hard, heavy and intensely but keep it to about an hour. drop one set from each exercise the first month after pct. lots of protein every 2.5-3 hours. try to eat clean or you will put on fat.

TweetI am new to the AS world myself but I do a lot of reading and reasearch, and from what I've read you wanna stay off the AS for a while after you cycle, guess it all depends on what your current cycle was as well. But generally you wanna stay off AS for the time period that your cycle went for (ie. if you went on a 3 month cycle, wait that time period before you start you next cycle).
Tweetgood stuff, will keep this in mind but am doing some research my self, i feel i have the size now and just want to sculpt the finishing touches. will try cutting and will take some pics
