      Or at least without anything that is a schedule III substance. I was thinking about running this sometime when I get some cash:
      IGF-1(r-3)long at 60mcg's ed for 6 weeks
      humalin-r 4 days ew at 10IU's post workout for 6 weeks

      Anybody have any opinions on this. I'm looking for lean gains. I know most think insulin can't give lean gains but I'm pretty sure it can be done if fat is avoided for about 6hrs. post inject. Also I was thinking of adding in some clen maybe.

      Anybody have any thougts on this or maybe another option besides gh. I can't afford that shit.lol

      4iu GH ED, Insulin Saturday & Wednesday at 6-8iu 3 time a day, 12.5mcg of T-3 ED, and a lot of cash...i think the gear way is much more effective and cheaper unless you are already way above the genetic potential where the addition of GH & insulin will make the most differance, my 0.02 cents...XXL

      I don’t think you would get any real anabolic benefit from EPO (Erythopoietin) and the risk versus reward ratio IMO is way too high.

      Ya thats why I didnt tack on a dosage there. Im not the most familiar with that compound, but I would think the increased RBC would add to the cycle.

      I'm just keeping my nose clean for awhile. I'm probably being paranoid but I figure better safe then sorry.

      By the way I'm 230 right now. I was 260lbs a few months ago but had some issues and personal problems so I didn't lift for awhile. Anyway I just stared up again a few weeks ago and I'm going to cut to 220lbs for now. I know nothing is going to give me gains like gear did but thats ok. I'm just looking to hit a lean 230lbs by the end of summer. Which I figure should be easy becasue I was so much larger before. Anyway like I said I'm looking to use things that aren't schedule III. I might still give gh a try. Even though its expensive its probably one of my best options. I've done about 5 cycles in the past but never used gh or IGF-1(r-3)long yet. I used slin for awhile and loved it though so I will definatley throw it in. By the way thanks for all the quick replies

      I'm just curious why you say I won't get much from IGF-1? Are you reffering to regular IGF-1 or IGF-1(r-3)long. I know regular IGF was useless but I've heard a few good things from IGF-1(r-3)long. But the thing the people that used it are so few its seems damn near impossible to come up with a conclusion without actualy using it. I would like to hear from anybody that used it. I was curious did you use it before bouncer and if so what results did you get? Also I'm not really expecting to much not like gear gains. Just 10lbs over the summer while remaining lean.

      Yeah actualy I do know a bodybuilder who does use EPO. I forget what he said it helped him with but I know I'm scared shitless of that stuff. I'm scared my blood will get so thick it turns into ketchup.lol
