A little ***** and a golden shower from the wife is always a great jolt of protein. Usually a whey protine shake, Isopure.

Whey Protein (50gm), 6 rice cakes, 180gm of fruite (pear or apple), used to be 50gm of whey, 40 gm of maltodextrin & 40 gm of dextrose, i found it went to quick through me and didn't really help me with recovery, the rice cakes are still very quick but slower the dextrose, i feel they improve my recovery much better, and the fruite is to replenish my liver glucogen stores...XXL

I never thought of adding olive oil to my NLarge, I'll do that today. Do you know if I can throw some peanut butter in the blender too? Would it be beneficial?

Also, I've been using milk, should I switch it to water?

I was expecting a lot more creatine responses. What is the point of the healthy fats? Is there a way to slow obsorption slightly of the malto/whey combo for better obsorption, but still quick enough for what id need post workout. I start sippin on my shake in final sets.
