TweetI would def. up the EQ. That is if you can afford it or get more at this time. I have ran a 10 weeker before, but like they said you will only see about a 4-6 worth of gains. Overall it looks good, alot better than the cycle I seen earlier by a different member. I believe you are going in the right direction...

Tweeti have done 400mg per week for 12 weeks and it worked great. It may be enough for you depending on if you took it before or not. The first time you take something you dont need to do as much so it might work out for you. I say you could try it and see but dont give up on eq if you dont see much of a gain from it. Ideal use would be 400mg for 12 weeks for your first time around.
