      I had the neck fusion a week from today. They only had to fus c5-c6 .It was hell for 48 hours but then I was increasingly getting better. Its been one week to the day and I can walk about half a mile already. The biggest problem I have is that in the last 7 months I was 260 and now I might be 200. That alright because I only have 3month before I can start getting jacked again. Well yall wanted to know how the results went they did a great job and the relief is just to cool. The only problem is that with in week I will have no pain and think that Im alright, but the truth is I will not be able to lift for another three month. Everybody Have A Great Day

      I'm glad the recovery is going well.

      I think you'll find that the weight will come back fairly quickly once you can start working out properly.
