Hey all, first time back to the board in about 6 months! Looks good. Anyway, just wanted to share a new way i have been running my slin...
i juice just about year round, so currently, i am runnin just 500mg of Enan per week w/ slin and will continue this for about 6-8weeks then throw in a bunch of other goodies. But this time around, i also invested in some basic Creatine powder... yeah yeah, i know,.... But i'm tellin you what, i'm growing better right now then i have in a long long time!! Heres what i'm doing...
500mg Test Enan pw
First thing in the AM - 5iu's slin - 10g creatine/15g glutamine
Mid afternoon - 5iu's slin - 10g creatine/15g glutamine
post workout - 5-8iu's slin - 10g creatine/15g glutamine
Using Humalog and of course doing proper carbs and protien after each shot. Just amazed at how successful the creatine has been when being consistantly used with slin. I have gained 7 pounds in 14 days, and the point i'm at in my traiing & juicing, 7 pounds is a huge difference. I still question weather Glutamine is a waste or not... at around 50g a day it seems to make a little differece... and NO, i didnt spend any money on either... got em for free! Anyway, any questions or crituqes let em fly.
