deca dossage??

Tweethey guys im going to start my deca test ethan cycle.. just wanted to see what u guys thought a good dossage for deca would be.. i was thinking about doing 600mg deca and 750 test ethan.. this is my 3rd cycle. and im 210 6'0

also i am running letro during.. how much should i be taking i was thinking about 1.25 eod? thanks guyts

TweetI agree, stick w/ 400 mg. That can work wonders. And remember, the whole point of deca (at least the main one) is that it keeps you in a positve nitrogen balance. So in other words keep your protein nice and high (1.5-2 gr/lb). Good luck bro...Shiner

THIS IS VERY TRUE. IM NOT A FAN OF MEGA DOSES! IF YOU CAN GROW OFF SMALLER DOSES THE BETTER I THINK. THAT MEANS THE MORE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO KEEP OF YOUR GAINS

Tweet400-500mgs of Deca is plenty. Ive run 800 before, and it produced about 5 more lbs than 500mgs. Unfortunately it was 5 lbs of bloat.
