      start wt a 100 mg till the last week and drop it back to 50 mg for 1 week.....

      take 1 tb in morning and another 1 tb like an hour before gym

      like i'am taking 150 mg a day (qv 75 mg each) so i split them and for my last week i drop it back to 75 mg a day

      i take it that it helps w/ your workout if you take them before hand, does it give you the "pumped" feeling like when your on tren??? thanks for the help on this subject dogg im really hyped about cycling these.

      ohhh Forgot 2 tell ya start ur drol ur first week of ur cycle since ur receptors are clean .... and at 100 mg u gonna have nose bleed due to high bl...that is normal.(usually happens on the 5 th day)..... just letting u know....

      on ur second week, u are gonna feel so pumped and after couple of sets, u are gonna like u are gonna explode........ what ana does: it increase ur red blood cells and u get better workout and better pumps...anadrol is stronger than tren...
