      How many grams of amino acids do you take post workout after & without slin shot ?

      mine is made of
      - 8g of dextrose per iu of slin
      - 50 g of whey
      - 10g of creatine
      - ??? of amino acids ... I was thinking 10 grams
      I'm the next Scott Steiner...
