TweetMikey, the omnas are treating me just fine, just get kind of sore from the short esters. I like the soreness though, kind of hurts but feels good at the same time. Try it in the biceps.

TweetI love quads too, total control. The best way is sitting on a bed or something, and putting a small pillow under the knee so the knee is just a 1/2 inch or so from lock out. I find this eliminates most any jerks when you hit a nerve. If you hit a nerve, just try to slightly angle it a different way, maybe 1/2mm. You can hit quads 6 days a week. Upper, lower and middle on both right and left.
