Some people get bad irritation/heartburn with whey protein. Try egg or soy protein.
Also, you can try mixing with milk instead of water. Some people say it's not a good idea because it clumps in your stomache and doesn't absorbe as well. But I think the biggest problem with whey protein is that it absorbed TOO easy. Your body can only use so much protein at a time...

Tweettry a whey isolate, it could be the lactose in concentrate.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

TweetA guy I know had the same problem but then he figured out it was the artificial sugar casusing the problem. Does your whey contain Aspartame? He would get the stomach craps drinking diet soda and Crystal Light so that's when he figured out it had to be the aspartame causing the stomach irritations.
Just a though?
TweetProtein Factory gives u the option to chose, the sweetner

TweetAhhhh, what's a little stomach trouble? A healthy poop 4 times a day is good for you. When you're 80, you'll be thankful for the times you can poop. Or so my grandpop told me

TweetYep, as said above, could very well be the lactose. I had probs with it. So far i havne't had probs with Protien Factory, All the Whey, or Optimum product. Also, some ppl have probs with chocolate.
TweetWhen I first started using protein shakes it tore my guts up and cause constant flatuance but it eventually went away as my body adapted. i used to not be able to drink milk either, it gave me the same feeling the protein did that went away with time also.
TweetAre you able to drink milk?
Tweetyes im able to drink milk acutally i drink alot of milk.and the pro does'nt have any aspartame. it varies daily on just how bad it hurts maybe its just not good to drink it while taking the dbol (sametime)? maybe i should spread it out alittle.I always heard bad things about eggs (raw that is) are they a good thing should i include them in my diet? and for angryold man 4 times is nothing compared to usual lol! I know I need the pro but sometimes it will leave me doubled over for 20-30 min and then im fine.
TweetEggs are good, but cook them, and you might want to hold off till you get a protein powder or substiutie the milk with some rice milk. I use about 1/4 rice millk and the rest water, and never cramps. I used to be able to drink milk, but i became lactose intolerant.
TweetThis is just my two cents but a digestive enzyme might help especialy if your eating to bulk i think the bodys digestive tract struggles from protein overload sometimes and could use a little help.you can find them at any health store
