      I am back for some more advice. You guys have always steered me right in the past. I am greatfull for your time and opinions.

      Last cycle you guys (mainly Mick G)suggested I stop because I was going through a ton of emotional crap with my GF. I did. I have been off for months now. I have put on about 10 lbs since I stopped that cycle. Mainly from drinking and eating to much. Holidays ya know.. Getting ready to start up another cycle as I am hitting the gym hard and I have my diet inline. I dont have the emotional burdens right now so I figure this is a good time. I am single, live alone and my focus in life right now is on MYSELF.

      To refresh:

      Been training Hard for about a year. Was 268lbs with 15 inch arms and 44 inch waste in FeB last year. Trained and then did a Deca and test cycle for 10 weeks. 6 months in to the training and the 10 week cycle I had 16.5 inch arms and a 38 waste. Was 235lbs. I am 5/11 btw and 29 years old.

      Last cycle was 1000mg of TestE, 600mg of EQ, 250 winny second half(oral) and later mixed in some T400 but stayed around 1000mg a week of test. On Mick G's advice I took Ldex at .25 everyday and then did PCT with Nolv and clomid. Came out at 216 with 18 inch arms and a 36 inch waste. Had no real sides other then some emotional issues I was dealing with at the time. For some reason I find Clomid makes me more emotional.

      As you can see I have gone from 15 inch arms to 18 in a year. Not bad. I was in XXL shirts and now wear XL.

      Here is the deal. I currently sit at 227lbs and 21%BF. I have always had high BF. It runs in my fam. I have the slowest metabolism on earth. Even at 1000 cals a day(off cycle) and 20-30 minutes of cardio per day my body will NOT let go of this BF. My trainer says that I need more muscle mass to get this BF off in the long run. He even suggested Lypo suction which I have considered. I keep it all in my gut. Rest of my body is not fat looking but my gut is. He has seen guys like me train for years and still have the gut. I want to lose it with hard work rather then doing surgery. I want to be around 200-210 with 10-12% BF. I feel and my trainer feels that I have about 20-25 lbs of BF to lose. Its proving to be impossible Bro's. It just stays there in my gut. Those are the goals this time around and I am 100% ready to go.

      My diet will consist mainly of Steamed veggies, chicken breasts, eggs, oatmeal and Tuna. All clean 5 times a day. 400MG a day of Protien+. No alcohol at all and no Soda. Water and water with juice only to drink. Lots of Milk also.

      30-40 minutes of cardio a day and 1.5 hours of lifting per day 5 days a week. Heavy lifting and maxing out each day. Plan on 9 hours of sleep a night.

      Ok. So on to the questions.. What should I cycle? I want MASS. I dont care much about strength. I want major size. That is the goal here. I want to cut this BF and I need to get mass on to speed up my metabolism. Not to mention I want to be big. I would love my arms to be in the 19 to 20 inch range for example. Not looking for a miracle. I have researched for a year and I read these boards. I am 100% commited to hard work here Bro's and I think I have proved that. This will be my third cycle and I am aware of what the effects are ect.

      Here is what I have on hand now:

      2 X 20ml Dpharm Test E 300.
      2 X 10ml of Dpharm Deca 300
      2 X 10ml of Dpharm Tren 125mg.
      1 X 50ml bottle of Reforvit (Dbol)
      1 X 20ml Dpharm Winny

      Ldex, nolv and clomid on hand.

      This is what I have on hand. DOES NOT MEAN I am going to use it all. Just means this is what I have on hand. Can purchase other items as needed. Would be nice to use what I have so I have no cash outlay but its not a problem right now if I do.

      Last time I took Deca I did get pain in my nipples at the end of the cycle and I did hold ALOT of water. I swore I would never take it again but now I have Ldex I did not back then. I also have an effective water pill that is over the counter to combat the water gains. It really works for me. I did gain alot on that deca 300 at 600 a week for 10 wks. It makes me wonder if I should use it this time around.

      Last time around I took EQ300 and I did not really like it. I got sick on it many times if you guys remember and finaly had to stop taking it. I was taking 600mg a week which is alot. Maybe thats why. I did try two brands. Same result. 12-24 hour flu after injects. Like I said. I have no idea why.

      I have never done Dbol but some of the biggest guys I know take it oraly under the tounge and then swallow each day at 50MG a day for 6 weeks. Then off and back on for another 6 wks. They are huge and they swear by it. I am still reading about Dbol and I am still taking in information.

      I like winny. It makes my muscles hard so I figure I could use that at the end of the cycle and I have it on hand. Its also simple to take and I dont mind the taste.

      Some of the guys said to do some Anadrol but not for long and I have been warned its real HARD on your system but will probably give me the size I want. I have read ALOT on this and realize the side effects but want opinions from people who have used it. Remember. I am not commited to taking anything at this point. I want to learn and thats the point of my post fellas.

      Comments?

      Skip the EQ?
      Try EQ again at lower dose?

      Use the Deca?

      Try something else?

      Planning on 1000mg a week of test E. Probably a 14 week cycle. Planned to keep steady until the last few weeks where I will taper off.

      Dbol?

      Deca and Dbol together?

      Tren? I have never taken tren. Friends love it and suggest it. Need to do more research on it personaly.Told its a cutter and helps with strength. Also told its a great way to lose some BF. Also told its not going to help me with MASS much. Use it?

      What would you do if you where in my situation? I wont start until this is all charted out and I have every thing on hand. Its not a rush. Help a bro out with some logical choices here. I am all ears and bow down to your expertise. Would be nice to hear from Big mike, Mick, Fuzo and others.

      Wow.. lotsa info there.. I wish everyone would post that info when they ask a cycle question.

      I would suggest a Tren/Test/Winny cycle for you.

      Lots of mass/strength...and the Tren and Winny can actually help to ditch some Fat. Plus, you already have these compounds.

      I think a gram of test was overkill tho!

      How about this?

      Week 1-10 Test E 800mg/wk
      Week 1-8 Trenbolone Accetate 525mg/wk (inject 150mg EOD)
      Week 9-12 Winny 75mg ED
      Week 13 start PCT.

      I agree with GG, but whatever you do, don't use the dbol or Deca as it will add more bloat and the weight you gain during your cycle will most likely turn to fat from the deca and dbol cause of you genetics. My question is, what kinds of cardio are you doing and what is your schedule on your weight training? You don't want to overtrain in the weight department. Also im alittle informed on the lipo. Although it is considered a surgery, the abdominal area will have to be looked at by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that is certified in your state and make sure they have extensive practical experience in doing the abdomen areas. Ask to see before and afters on the men her or she has done. If they don't have these credentials or they can't answer some of your questions find another Plastic Sugeon. Some will charge a fee for a consult, while many will do it fee of charge. It may be worth looking into, but remember you will have to keep up your cardio and routine or the fat could come back to that area.

      Thanks Mick. I had no idea the Dbol and Deca where bad for Fat gain. Thats an issue for me.

      As far as my cardio. I do 20-40 minutes on the treadmill and sometimes the bike. I keep my heart rate up around 140-150 most of the that time. Then I do a 10 minute cool down session at walking speeds until my heart rate is down in the 120 range. I do this 5 days a week when I am training. No less then 3 days a week.

      On my weight training I use a traditional weekly schedule where I train one musle group and then the next and so on. I train bi's twice a week. I do not train legs much as mine are pretty large now. I do some leg training as I heard it stimulates muscle growth. Plus all my cardio keeps my legs in shape. On upper body I do one week decline, one week incline and then back to flat bench. I do free weights mainly except for three times a week I do the fly machine as my chest is lacking. This has really helped my bench and my look.

      I do 4-5 sets of each excercise.. first light. The rest to complete failure around 8 reps. Then a set to total failure at 5-6 reps. Then I do a burn down set with the original light weight until I have failed. This is probably 10-15 reps in that last set. If I dont do this I do not feel I get a good burn or rip. On days when I have a partner I do negatives on bench and other free weights. This is where I have lifted to failure and the spotter helps me by lowering the weight as I push up, then he pulls the wieght up and I try to slowly let the weight down. On days we do this I really get a good rip. I weight train about 1.5 hours per day with the goal being 5 days. No less then 3 days. Sometimes life gets so busy days are skipped but if that happens I am back in that next day to get as many days a week I can. Weekends are off and I recover.

      Anything you can offer to me as far as advice on my training let me know!

      As for the Lipo I am undecided. As I mentioned before all of my weight is stored in my gut. Just like all the men in my family. Other areas of my body do not look or appear fat. But this gut will not go away. The one doctor I talked to said that once it was removed it would not grow back there as the fat deposits are removed. This appealed to me. Its so drastic to think about having something like that done and I am willing to train harder but after a year the gut is still there. My father has the same problem and told me to get the Lipo because he knows its not going to go down. Throughout his life he has tried over and over to get rid of it but it stays. His view is that if it will really make me happier then I should do it. I have the money. Its not cheap but might be worth it. I would LOVE to hear from Bros that have had this done.

      Is the idea that putting muscle mass on to help me speed up my metabolism true? The idea is that if i have more muscle on I will use more calories and my body will not store as much. This sounds logical and I can tell you that the muscle i have put on so far really has helped my metabolism. Just trying to think of long term goals here.

      CARDIO, HIGH SETS REPS, DIET, DON'T DO CARDIO EVERYDAY BUT INCREASE THE DURATION OF YOUR CARDIO UP TO AT LEAST 40MIN. 4 DAYS A WK AND BE SURE TO DO ABS AND OBLIQUES PHUCK THE LIPO HARD WORK BUILDS CHARACTER AND DETERMINATION YOU GOT THIS FAR SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT ON SOME RUNNING SHOES AND A NEW GYM PASS GOOD LUCK. SUCK IT UP!

      The fat thing is true AZ. You are doing everything right. You just have a propensity to store your fat in the abdominal area. Just watch the diet, no sat fats, or trans fats, or bad carbs. The problem i have heard with liposuction is that many ppl accumulate the fat right back in time in the same areas that it was done. Even if the fat cells are sucked up new ones can replace them. I would first try the strict diet and cardio first to see what results you can achieve and hit the abs hard in your workouts. Alot of shit can happen in a persons life to screwup concentration and consistancy. You have to be consistant and cut out the bad foods. I find that this is most ppls mistakes, i know it ain't easy, but then nothing is. Good Luck!

      Alright guys. Thanks for the post. I am going to increase cardio to 40 minutes and do that 4 days a week. Also changed diet a bit more. Drinking one glass of low fat milk for breakfast instead of a meal. I find that is enough to keep me going until snack and then lunch. Then I am going to start that cycle that was laid out for me. If this does not work in 4-6 months I will consider other measures. Man its hard to go from 270lbs with no muscle to lean at 200-210. I thought I could do it in a year but failed. Whats one more year? I think I made alot of progress in that year. I must have lost over 50 lbs of pure body fat in that year and put on probably 15 lbs of muscle. Time to get going stronger and harder then ever before I guess. I feel I have about 20 lbs of BF to lose but damn it.. It just wont come off like the other 50 lbs. Its just staying there and hanging in there.

      GG. Thats the thing. I have NO PMs in the IN or OUT box.. It says 0 messages but then says 47 stored. I dont get it. There is NO way for me to clear those 47. Its like it was locked for some reason. Maybe in the coversion to the new forum. I tried to email Fuzo about it but got no response. If you could hit him up for me I would be greatfull.
