TweetDon't get in a big hurry. It is too easy to reinjure yourself. I had a full thickness rotator cuff tear 4 years ago. I waited til I was about 60-70% back to full strength before gassing up again. Glad I did. Took a full year to get back to 100% but it was worth it. No new injury, and my repaired shoulder is my good shoulder now.
There is no substitute for experience......

Tweethorrisey
I waited until i was cleared by my Dr released from PT and close to my original strength levels before even considering goin back on.
Hurrying back into it without being fully healed would be a good way to cause permanent damage. If you dont believe what your hearing here ask your orthopedic surgeon i did.
