Tweetice and advil wil provide the fastest short term relief
TweetYes, but Adequan doesn't build muscle. Deca does both. My fentanyl patch on my arm is 80 times more potent than morphine and would make him forget he even has joints for 72 hours straight but it ain't gonna make him any bigger. Deca on the other hand will benefit him in both areas and can be taken IM vs IA.Originally Posted by AlmostThere
TweetTry taking 8-10 capsules Beverly Joint Care every day. Joint Care contains Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM, as well as Vit C & E, manganese, boron, and evening primrose oil, which is now being praised as a wonder supp for sore joints. These come in big gel caps, and seem to work far better on rotator cuff and elbow soreness than any other glusamine supp I've tried. 3 capsules contain 1000mg Glucosamine sulfate.
I have found flax oil even more important than glucosamine for sore joints and tendons. Ever since Lakeville Thor convinced me to try 5 tbs per day, my elbows and rotator cuffs have been pain-free. Works like magic, and effects are noticeable soon after you start taking it. Plus, there are a multitude of nutritional benefits to be found in flax oil. I now take 4 Joint Care a day and 3-4 tbs flax as a maintenance dose.
Below is a post from Andrew Thorssen at BB.com. He is an abnormally strong young powerlifter and often rails against the norm...but he's usually right.

TweetMake sure your drinking plenty of water, don't overload your joints with weight thats too heavy for you to handle, and make sure your taking EFA's and Flaxoil, which you can get at any hf store.
TweetWomen's Evening Primrose is also the #1 OTC supplement you can take to combat gyno also. This would be an added plus if your juicing also.Originally Posted by John Benz

TweetI take clucosamine ,flax oil and gelitine for my joint pain and it seems to work. But I had some elbow pain take was just insane no matter what I took it wasn't working.I finally went to see a pt/massage theropist she ended up rubbing out some knots around the elbow and forearm with her thumbs.Let me tell you what it was some serious pain it took about three weeks and the pain was gone.My pain was so bad I couldn't even hold on to any weight it was a chore to put socks on.The pain has not come back yet,but it seems to help when I do forearms once a week. This worked for me try it out get a hold of a place that does medical massages-pt and must be hands,to get there thumbs into take deep tissue and work out those nots.Good luck
EVERY TIME THERE IS SOMETHING GOOD IN LIFE THERE WILL AWAYS BE THAT CLAW OF LIFE TO BRING YOU BACK DOWN
TweetI had the same problem with my elbows too ,=from lifting too heavy !(probably from winni) You have control as much as you can handle before it gets better .... before you injured yourself even more ! I used glucosomine/chron but read from various boards and alot liked deca for the joints ! So I'd throw deca in the mix also fish/flax and drink plenty of water !
"Workout each rep till I drop the uglyiest , meanest face"
TweetI keep hearin people say that winny makes their joints hurt...but I read on other posts that winny increases collagen synthesis...in fact,it is considered number 3 after eqiupoise and deca....?

Winstrol cause collagen synthesis but its more brittle and, therefore, more easily injured.
In addition to the flaxseed oil I would try hyaluronic acid. I believe fish oil would also alleviate the pain as it has been tried in studies and is Omega 3 as the flaxseed oil is.
I have always cured elbow tendinitis in a week by doing high rep forearm exercises. I use grippers for high reps a few times a day and warm up before I do any presses by pumping the forearms. I first did wrist curls and reverse curls at start of workouts but found the grippers more convenient and effective.
