I am getting there. I started @ 330 #'s approx 3 years ago. I am now 245 @ 16% , just really need to concentrate on the mid section and the cardio. I have started to blast abs and things are getting better. I am very pleased with my last cycle's results. I can now see veins throughout my arms and shoulders, legs as well. Just need all the BS in the middle to tighten up and drop those extra pounds.

Old Stats:
6'2"
330
44 waist
50 chest (bad way)
@ least 30% bf

New stats
6'2"
245
36-38" wasit (dam quads can barley get into a 38)
48" chest (in a good way)

So i am thinkin this next one may allow me to show some shots on FG.
