TweetLOL. That sucks Fuzo. That has definitely happened to me before. When it does, I'll usually do cardio and abs just so I don't feel like the time spent at the gym was a complete waste.

TweetFuzo, anyone who has been training for more than a few months has had days like that under normal circumstances. If you've got stuff going on in your personal life, that makes it all the more likely that you'll have an off day here and there. Pigmeat is dead on - training is in large part mental.

Tweetit's the weather... i'm the same way... the way it's outside that's how i feel inside... and if i feel crappy i can't lift half of what i usually do...
i thikn i'm sensitive to pressure changes.. i get a headache every time it's about to rain
TweetIts the upper e. coast weather, sucks always gloomy and damp. I'll vouge for just one donut though, lol!
