While on Tren, I check it weekly. Thankfully, once I stop, my BP goes right back down. However, understand that elevated BP CAN be permanent! Check it often, drink a shitload of water to keep your kidneys flushed and pay attention to what your body is telling you.
Your sleep may be affected by Tren, however, difficulty in sleeping is also a symptom of hypertension.
If you get any pain in your sides, it may be that your kidneys are being affected. If your piss is brown, your kidneys ARE being affected, but, my guess is you would also be in some pain, at that point!
If you start getting headaches, that can also indicate hypertension.
