      BEFORE EACH SET I LISTEN TO ICE ICE BABY BY VANILLA ICE, SPIN ON MY HEAD LIKE THEY DO IN BREAK DANCING THEN DO MY SET,WORKS GREAT.

      Just started my first spinning cycle today and I feel awesome! My blood pressure is down, I had the best workout of my life! The only problem is drinking a 10ml vial per week is gonna get expensive huh? I decided to skip the McDonalds bag and just mix my test with a chocolate shake, in a McD's cup of course. One cool thing is that I heard pct isn't necessary because the g-forces produced by the spinning will automatically restore your natrual hormone levels!!

      OK here it is.


      When you spin it helps the blood reach your arms and that is where you want the steroids. The harder you spin the better the effect.I once fell down spinning and hit the universal gym.

      PRACTICE SAFE SPINNING BOYS!

      ALWAYS use proper protection! This would include wrist straps or a spotter.

      You don't want to pin your dizzy ass!

      WARNING:

      I tried spinning last night and I accidentally spun counter clock wise and my BP went up 10 points. Be careful, this is not something to play around with. You must remember to spin clock wise and I recommend a spotter so you don't fall onto the weight rack.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
