TweetI just finished up running deca. 2 months out. Stayed Hard as hell while on, but I cant recover for shit this time. Only lost 7 pounds, but my noodle will not get hard! Serves me right for not having any proviron! I def would not run the 2 together. Recovery is way to hard.

TweetLuke, do yourself a favor, have some dostinex (bromo sides suk way too bad) on hand. While you are not running deca and tren at the same time for very long like i did (ED npp, prop and tren a), deca will be in your system for 21 days or so after that last shot (albeit at a declining level) so for that time you will have deca and tren together. that will spike your prolactin (or progesterone i forget) and may give you problems.

lets say that on a level of 1 - 10, deca causes you to get to a 6 with prolactin levels and gyno for your body starts at 7, no problem so far.

lets say that tren does the exact same thing, still no problem, but if deca gets you to a 6 and tren gets you to a 6 and you run them both at the same time, you may very well get over whatever limit your body has and then you get gyno.

in the cycle where i ran them together, it took about 1.5 weeks for gyno to start. But even after dropping the npp (i luv tren too much to stop that), nolva had no effect on the gyno. i think the combo got my levels way too high and at that point, just one of the two kept the levels up there. while bromo helped, the sides were so bad i had to stop everything after about week 4 or so.

not saying your cycle will not give you good results, just have the right stuff on hand in case you start getting gyno

TweetTake 200mg of B6 ED, when you get to week 7 bump it up to 400mg ed. This will alleviate the possibility of high prolactin levels. The highest dose you can take is 600mg ed (split up into 3 x). After that, you stand the chance of toxicity, so if your hands start tingling, drop the dose a little.

Tweetif i were u i would run tren all the way through and drop the deca. the test and dbol i think should be enough for bulking. the tren will help u out with size but more so on the strenght area and will keep u harder through the cycle. this is just my opinion bro, so do what u want.

I too am 5'9". I'm not a gear expert like most that post alot. Most of what the others have said is true.

However. I've had three hernia operations and a bike wreck. So each time I lost 20-35lbs of muscle. Around 165-170lbs. And each time I was able to pack on 10-15 lbs in less than 8 weeks on a 1/4 of what you plan to take.

Are you that much of a hard gainer that in three previous cycles your only at 180lbs. Before I could even recommend your to start a long and sorta heavy cycle I'd recommend you read up on how to nutrition and or training styles.

TweetHave you considered maybe using EQ instead of deca since deca is harder to recover from than almost any other aas….I know gains from deca are faster but harder to maintain (plus dealing with bloat)…while EQ gains are smaller per cycle but easier to maintain in the long run… just a thought…
