      some people say it hinders gains...but for me..im so prone to gyno i dont even consider starting a cycle without it...i run it all the way thru...id rather lose a couple pounds of muscles than grow a fucking tit..fuck thattttt

      Hell yeah. I personally dont, because I run aromasin, but anyone running l-dex is crazy if they dont run at least 20mg nolva with it to keep lipids in check!
