TweetI believe that the capsules will breakdown faster in the GI tract and could hasten absorbtion rate. Won't make too much difference, but I guess if you are into that sort of thing, every little bit helps, lol!

TweetI'll eat anything.....capsules, tabs, raw powder.....but seriously, I think tabs have a faster effect only if you let them dissolve in your mouth, but i guess you can open the capsule. It really shoudn't matter what it is....as long as the product is of high quality.
