Tweet10 weeks total, or are you saying you're running 20 weeks?
TweetAfter my last cycle of T3, winstrol, enanthate and d-bol that I finished right before July, I realized I set my self up for the tendon problems that I received. My patellas, left tricep and right shoulder were killing me. I have found that certain ones hurt the tendons and certain ones help them so I'm going a different route this time.
This next go around is going to be more like this.
Equipose 200 mg/wk and enanthate 250 mg/wk for 10 weeks and then deca 300 mg/wk and winstrol 50 mg ed for 10 weeks followed by pct of clomid.
I just got down to 226 and 11-12% (+/-), but I would rather be 210 to 220 with 6-8%. I'm 5'10". It 's easy for me to bulk. I have been up to 244 at my highest and all I was taking was 250 mg/wk of sustanon.
Will the above cycle help me get closer to this or further. I know diet plays a huge role too but I want to take the right stuff for lean mass and not puffy mass.
Tweetwhy not just run eq, test enan, and winny for like 12-16 weeks? running 20 with deca as a chaser will probly give you some unwanted water and sides.... OR just do test E with d-bols and winny for 12 weeks, with a really strict diet.
ps - if your worried about drying out, pop some liquid vitamen E caps, or primrose oil caps. You have to take over the recommended dose......wink wink
I'm a Muscle Farmer....This years Crop is gunna be awesome.
Gyno is sexy!
Tweetspeaking about tendon problems, I was on prop and winny and snapped my achilles tendon. I blame the winny
TweetSnapped it?! Jesus that must have hurt like hell.Originally posted by itchybag

RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.
TweetNever heard of someone snapping acnilles tendon on gear. It would seem impossible. You would not be able to walk without this tendon.
Tweeteq at least 14 weeks
Tweeti would upp the eq to atleast 300mg a week. you can gain of test levels that low?

its actually called a ruptured achilles tendon, and it is quite common amoung rugby players, thats how I did it. As for walking it was tough, more like a limp. Had surgery to reattach it
Tweet20 weeks total was the plan.
I might switch to the eq test and winny for longer. However, don't your receptors usually get burned out around 10 weeks?
Ok, eq up to 300 and yes I can get gains from that low test. I went higher last time and it didn't do much more for me. Probably cause I was at the end when I bumped it up. Over the years I would only take 200 to 250 mg/week and gain. It's losing that's tough.
Ok, so the summary is to take the EQ, test E and winny, up the EQ dose and stay on everything longer. I can do that, I just have to get some more stuff but no biggie. What do you guys think of QV EQ? That's what I have access to.
Tweetdo a search "deca and tendon healing, put to the test"
its a good thread
TweetQV EQ is good to go. I'd consider upping it to 400mg/wk if you can. If I were you I'd do something like:Originally posted by T-Man007

Enthanate 250mg/wk/16wks
Equipoise 400mg/wk/16wks
Winny 50mg/d wks 11-18
Moderate doses. A longer cycle. And this way you can stream line right into PCT after the winny. Seems to be what you're after.
Just my 2¢

"I want to be so big, that I can get a pump from doing shrugs with just the weight of my arms"
TweetYea I knew a guy who tore his and he could not walk. You want to know the sick part? This is how the fix it: the docs put you out of course and thenstrap you into this devise by your ankles. Then, they raise you up by your ankles so you are suspended upside down. Then, they attach the part of your achillis that goes up the leg to a cable attached to the ceiling (or some stationary device above - I forget exactly) and then they lower your body until the tendon is stretched back to the ankle. Then, they wrap the end with wire and attach the wire to the your ankle. I don't know how it works but the guy who had it done plays indoor football (rec league) with me and he moves great. So, its fixable but its painfull as hell.

About the length of cycle, wont your receptors get burned out way before the 16 weeks? That's what I've heard but if it's not true that would be good to know.
