TweetI think my training is pretty good, 5-6 days a week but I think my biggest problem I have to get over is to much cardio( fear of fat ) about at least 5 days a week 30 -60 mins a day. I also used cytomel 25msg every day and clen 6 tabs 1 week on 1 week off with ace stack on opposite weeks. I do eat very clean but tried to get lean with about 1800 cals a day and cheat on weekends. I know alot is my fault still do not know why lost so much was up to 186lbs. But had problems with shoulders and wrists so could not train hard. So what do you guys think I should do as far as this messed up situation of mine. And I am a hard gainer naturaly, started training at 142lbs 2-3 yrs ago?
