What do you all recomend for a good diet for bulking? I eat about 6 boiled eggs for breakfast, 1 chicken breast with protien shake for lunch, and 2 chicken breasts or steak for dinner, plus 2 cans of tuna for a snack 3 times a day between meals. Is this to much or not enough?

well, thats about 250 grams of protein which should be close to enough depenent on your weight, but u have to add in a shit load more carbs. For a good bulk cycle id add 100g of carbs per meal, or any way u can add about 400-600g of carbs to your diet per day. Also drink a shit load of water.

Thats a hard question to answer. It depends on your size and metabolism. I have a very high metabolism and when I hit my all time high of 260lbs. I had to eat a rediculous amount of food. I'd eat about 6 chicken breast ed a couple cans of vetables 15 pieces of bread, 15 eggs, and ususaly a salad. Also I usualy had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. Let me just say this is not regular but was what my body required. And for all the smartasses I was not 260lbs of fat.lol

It really does depend on you body. I dont need to eat alot of food to grow. When bulking i try to eat about 40g protein and 50g of carbs everymeal. Also i keep fat low. I eat seven meals a day. That is what works best for me.

Well, I have a slow motabolism. I can gain muscle pretty well but with it comes a shit load of fat, so I was trying to keep some of the carbs out of my diet. But, it is a bulking phase so fat goes with the territory. I carry a 1 gal. jug of water wherever I go. I drink about2 gals a day. (it sure makes me piss alot) So, you think I should add more carbs. I thought carbs are bad......

well if we had more info it would help alot! like current bodyweight, height, age, and if you know your bodyfat % it would help. once you get the hang of it dieting becomes routine, you just know what your body needs and when. as a beginner a good rule of thumb is to multiply your bodyweight times 15-17. 15 would put a little less fat on while 17 would help you gain quicker! however when on a cycle i wouldnt worry too much cause you can take in a lot more cals than normal and still be ok. also as for %'s 40%protein,40%carbs,20%fat is ideal. sounds like your ok on your water intake.

You need good amount of carbs, otherwise your body will use protein for energy. Don't forget to add red meat.
Personally, when I bulk I eat some kind of steak everyday.
