Tweetbro i am running eq at 600mg/wk, t3 up to 100-on my ramp down now at 50mcg, and eca stack.....i am also doing no carbs and i am down 22lbs in 21 days....so i suggest real low carbs if you want it quicker and cardio.....with the stuff you're taking you should lose much muscle.....oh and i started at 312 and am at 289 now
