      Greetings,
I've been dieting for 3 weeks tomorrow. Fat loss so far is about 10 lbs. I dropped from 200 lbs. to about 183 lbs (5'10''). I believe about 5 or 6 lbs. dropped is from the lack of food in my tummy However, I'm tired of dieting and want to get done!!

      Drugs:
      T3 - 75mcg/day
      Fina 100mg/eod
      Test Enthanate 500mg/wk
      Deca 300mg/wk
      ECA/Yohimbine/L-Carnitine/a few others

I'm just starting week 6, but have been cutting for only 3 weeks.

      Here's the question:
I really don't feel like I'm losing weight as fast as I should considering the drugs I'm using. My calories are probably around 2000 a day, sometimes I'll go over by a few hunrdred though . In any event, HOW FEW CALORIES CAN I CONSUME BEFORE I BEGIN TO LOSE LOTS OF MUSCLE? Any suggestions based on personal experience? (please tell me your weight at the time)

I've bee doing cardio in the AM like 4 days a week, but now I've stepped it up to that plus a solid 30-40 minute fast paced walk in the evening. It sounds stupid, but my calves and knees can't take the beating they used to. So does everyone think I can drop the calories to at least 1500?

Let the AS and T3 do its job. Just eat a clean high protein diet. Throw in your morning cardio a few times a week and you should be shredded in no time.

      I agree
