      hey guys.
      Just wanted to ask another question on how i should spread out my shots.

      In my 5th week of my 12 week program.

      I will be taking 500mg of sust. - Monday (250mg and Thursday (250 mg). which was originally before just at 250mg
      200mg of deca - Monday (100mg) and Thursday (100mg).
      200mg of boldebal-h - Friday (100mg) and Sunday (100mg).

      Does this seem alright...


      Also i just wanted to know also how much should i be eating througout the day. ( i asked big mike this but lost it in me pm's :S )

      And also should you be training to the full extent. as in each session should it be as hard as you can...

      Any feed back be greatly appreciated....

      I'm basically at about 80 - 82 kg now.

      Previous history wit steroids - was on stanazol for 1 month thats about it.

      Also im taking anapolin atm with taht cycle but will be finnished with those in about 7 days.

      Goals are to get to about 90 kilo im hoping.

      In terms of callories how much should i be eating.

      I find it very hard to get in those 5 - 6 meals a day due to uni and so on.
      Probably why i havent greatly increased in weight.

      Does that sound alright to you how i've spreaded everythin out tho ???

      brick for the sutanon yes u are right, spread them to keep the blool level steady and for the deca and eq no u are fine .

      The spread on AAS is fine. Leanandmean has it right on your diet. Get at least 3k cals (more is better!), break it over 5 - 6 meals and keep your protein intake high!

      At your weight try a minimum of 250 gms protein.
