i will be running test only other than rotating orals when i feel necessary(other than the first 4 weeks)
this course begins around one month before my spring starts-mid july odd,so not to concerned about the first 4 weeks orals.i would like to keep a hard appearance throughout summer,so this is what i have planned,please add any thoughts you may have on pure lean gains and to retain as hard a look as possible.with the possibilty of losing b/f.
1.drinking 1-2 gallons water daily
2.keeping diet super clean with moderate carbs-around 300g day max.also i will keep calories at around 3800-4000,instead of the usual 5500.i am not looking for massive weight gains just steady lean gains.
3.nolva at 10-20mg ed
4.proviron at 50-100mg ed when necessary,closer to beach time.
5.4 x 20min week sunbed sessions for the first month,then 2 x week then on.
6.cardio-i am unsure whether to add this or not and at what length or frequency????
the base test will be cypionate at 1000mg week,would have liked prop but this is far cheaper.orals are on a time on time off basis, rotating d.bol,abombs and winny.the course will run appr. 6 months with hcg 500iu every 3rd day.i unfortunately cant get any other anti e,s etc.i have opted on a basic cycle due to finance etc.
