TweetI ran EQ at 400 a week for 10 weeks and fina for 6 weeks..... I went from roughly 195 to 205..... Now I am back down close to 195... I have been increasing my cardio but dont think i lost 10 lb of fat, because i would be ripped with 10 less of fat. Is it possible that i lost everything, or maybe just a combo of the two? EQ and Fina Are usually keepable gains, right ??? I dont think i look less muscular, but then i see myself every day...
