TweetYou could run a short cycle of test and prop....fairly inexpensive and run both for 8 weeks........bump up your protein intake and just watch how you eat your carbs.....you should see some noticeable good weight gain while not holding too much water and just prepare yourself for the 6 weeks post cycle to ensure that you don't lose your gains this time.........that's just a basic little cycle if you're not looking to spend to much cash.
