      Hey guys,

      I was just wondering if you could help me with some questions. Im looking to drop some bf pretty fast. Im looking to drop like 15-20lbs in 6-8 weeks. I have a decent diet planned out (please look at it and tell me what you think, if i can make some changes). I'll also be taking clen and eca stack aswell. two weeks on two weeks off with the clen and the off weeks i'll take the eca. I have the clen pump, so how many pumps a day should i take.. let me know.

      heres the diet:

      pre workout meal consists of about 40 grams of fructose about 1and a half to two bananas or one banana and a smaller fruit

      post workout meal consists of 100grams of dextrose and 40 grams of protein powder.

      then 1 hour and a half after workout -100 grams of carbs (more complex like pasta) with 40 grams of protein

      other 4 meals will consist of 50 grams protein and 15 grams healthy fat

      On non workout days:

      6 meals total 4 of them consisting of 50 grams protein 15 grams fats
      and the other 2 (usually dinner and breakfast) can have 30 grams protein and about 50 grams of carbs from veggies, salads, fruits or 25 from salads, veggies and fruits and 25 from starches like oatmeal, bread or pasta.

      I work out 4 days a week... still lift pretty heavy reps between 8-10. and i do 30-45 minutes of cardio after weights.

      stats: 6'0, 230lbs, 16%bf. trying to cut down really nice and lean.

      ya man theres 100 grams of dextrose in the shake, and then 100 in the pasta(the meal after the post work out shake).. i'll probably cut that down to 60-80 grams of carbs in those meals.

      thanks bros.. the roid question is in there though, the clen pump.. im thinking 2 pumps a day.. let me know though

      shit i would just cut your dextrose in your shake for starters. i use 40 grams while cutting and 60 while not. 100 is a bunch of sugar. i dont even use that much dex when i do 10 IU of slin. cutting carbs works for me bro. i drop to 20-30 grams of LOW gi carbs for every meal the only high gi carbs is dexrose post work out.

      what about kicking your reps up to 12-15 for 4 sets at least? If you are looking to lean out you should try to go for a cutting workout and not so heavy. maybe train at 70% of your max for exercises with many reps. Not to mention little rest (less than 60 secs) between sets. Isn't possible to run the clen for 6 weeks staight and then cycle off? Just an idea....I just know some fellas that run their clen like that on a cutting cycle and they like, never done it myself.

      You've got the right idea, and think your time frame is realistic.

      Just monitor and know you can make some changes that will have impact if not going as well.

      1. morning cardio on empty stomach
      2. lower carbs too around 150
      3. try less than 100 carbs for 3 days and on 4th day bump up to like 300 and then ramp down
      4. like red said high reps
      5. nix the fruit, it's sugar
      6. keep sodium below 1,000mg day, and drink 1.5 gallons of water a day ( water really is a key in cutting, very underrated yet super important )
      7. use the mirror not the scale
