CKD is the ketosis diet alot like the atkins diet you only eat about 20 carbs a day no more than 30 if i am correct with 1or 2 carb up days. very good diet for alot of people it uses your ketone fat cells for energy instead of your carbs. Takes about 2 days of this diet before you get into ketosis with as few carbs as possible the less the better. There are many keto diets on the net just search for it and you can get alot more info. this is just my short summary.
