hey all, been reading up for abt a year . Im 46 y/o 6'1" 195 @ 16% bf . been lifting since 1974 . Since im a professional, Ive got a lot of suits . I dont want to pull an incredible hulk on them,but could definitly live with a keepable 10-15-lbs. Im real nervous about sides, particularly hair loo + gyno so, im thinking a winny only ? would a short cycle of a particular test at low dose also work?hope i provided enuf info thanx in advance
