i've done d-bol once. and i spread the dosages out. this is what i was told: taking the doses spread out gives you steady levels of active ingredient, which should give you better lean tissue gains. taking a single dose will give you a higher peak level, thus greater water retention. so you might gain more weight and strength from single doses. but it is probably due to the water retention, which will be lost upon discontinuation.
i'm not sure if frequent lower doses are harder on the liver than one large single dose ???
