      they should split fairly even if you break it with your fingers or a sharp kitchen knife.

      but seriously the best is to throw them in the trash and SPLIT (ie runaway! they are seriously dosed different every pill) LOL

      well so far .....i have been on them for 2 weeks....i havent been spliting them at all.....just one a day........and yester day i went running .....and after a mile my back pumps were killing me....so maybe i just got lucky and got a good batch....i dont know ....but i am feeling really good pumps in my wokrouts now.
