I have a friend who is wanting to put on like 20 pounds and some good strenght gains. It would be his first cycle and all He can get his hands on right now is Test prop. So the question is would a 12 week Test Prop cycle do the job? He's around6 foot 200 pounds, not the largest guy but has decent strenght, he's definately a noob with cycles though. I was thinking he should run Test Prop 500 mg a week for 12 weeks. What do you guys think more or less? and how many weeks could he stay on??
