Real question is how do you feel and how were your gains and where are they now.
Most likely if you are a young buck you've recovered naturally by now. Old timers with no PCT back in 60-70-80's would lots of time lose muscle gained and crash. Hopefully yours was minimal to none. Now we have great PCT availble, and is used to help retain hard earned muscle.
Unless you feel crappy and tired and have no libido, just do better next time.
