I got some M1t a few weeks back..... ran it 2 weeks , and put on about 3lb. took 2 weeks off, and then started it back up a week ago and put on another 3lb.

I have not even been working out all that hard. infact it has been more cardio than weights lately. my diet has remained consistant with mu usual diet. (clean all week, slack on the weekends) i have recently cut back my beer intake, and cleaned up my carb intake.

I really cant see how i put on the weight. I hope it is muscle and not fat. Strange.
