You need to eat a ton, trust me, I was 6'1" 145lbs when I joined the service. I am now 220lbs. You need to eat a ton of everything....get at least 4-5k calories and you will gain.

I go to the gym almost every day for about an hour and workout hard. Im not all that happy with the results I am seeing. What can I take to get big, or is it even possible with my natural structure? I do not know much about steroids but would like to hear any reccomendations, and side effects of them. Thanks-

TweetYou need to get a natural base, take the next 3 years and do what everyone above has said, pick up 20 lean lbs and THEN, if you still arent happy, think about a cycle. Right now if you do a cycle at 155, if you dont do it correctly and eat and train right when you come off, you will drop back to your 155. But at 175 or 180 as your base, your starting point, you will be much better off. You can do a huge cycle now and blow up, but if you dont have the lifestyle down and eat and train right, you will simply lose everything after a few months.
Tweeteat eat and eat like they said 4-5k calories a day AND make sure you are pounding food ASAP AFTER THE GYM!! eat 300 grams of protein a day and you will grow like a weed. you see that naturally fast metabolism you have keeps you skinny but when you pack down the food your fast met. will also allow you to grow fast.
ADD UP YOUR CALORIES
1 GRAM PROTEIN = 4 CALS
1 GRAM CARBS = 4 CALS
1 GRAM FAT = 9 CALS
EAT LOTS OF PEANUT BUTTER FOR THE FAT MMMMMM
