Ok, some of you might say it is not enought to notice a difference. I must agree with you, but I do notice some lil thingies since im on.

The past week and the next week im running at 3iu per day before I hit my cycle and run it at 4 and 5iu per day.

First day, I felt pain in my right hand, quit annoying in fact, since I start my right hand is alway hurting, goes in cycle to little pain to medium pain. My left one goes also in cycle but minor pain, my wrist also feel like they are 99yo.

I noticed that all my previous injuries,
elbow, knees, shoulders ALL HURT!!!!!!!!
they all hurt at the specific location of the injuries.

last thing I noticed is when im waking up I am totally fresh, something I didnt feel since, hmmm years .
