Is it possible to lose body fat while maintaining water?....heres the deal>>>
I had been bulking naturally, with good success. Then I lowered my calories to 800-900 below my maintenance for 1.5 month straight. The diet was Extremely carefully planned and followed. Protien high, carbs moderately low, fat low, and water @ around a gallon a day.....but my weight has not dropped at all. My weights and running have been spot on as usual....lifting 5 days a wk. and running 1 mile a day while walking&running another one in the evenings. What am I doing wrong to cut bodyfat. Even my clen/test didn't do anything. the clen just made my heart beat faster, but I didn't lose any bodyfat or weight.....thanks for the help guys...shiner

thanks for the reply.....I don't look that much different, but I actually checked my bodyfat today on a "meter", and if said that it's dropped 2% from 1 month ago. But I was thinking that maybe the extra water I'm carrying just makes me look the same....but what do you think?
