Had surgery in December and was out for six weeks. Been back for about three but strength is pathetic. Lost about 20% of all lifts. Question is, should I start my cycle now, or wait for my muscles to get back in shape a little more?

wait bro i had surgery november before last i started cycle after 5 weeks of working out after 5 weeks off. my strength went through the roof and all i did was get alot of strains and tendonitis. i would wait minimum of 4 months of training before getting after a cycle to let your body get used to lifting again so you dont get hurt and have to take more time off.

The strength should come back quick, i'd give it a month to six weeks hard training before i'd start.
