Relevant stats:
age: 23
height: 5'9
weight: 204 (when I start) @ approximately 10%
Goal: break the 230 pnd barrier!!
wks 1-12: 750 mg/wk test enath
wks 1-4: 50 mg/ed dbol
wks 5-14: 100 mg/ed tren
wks 10-14: 50 mg/ed winny
Everything was spectro gear except for a lil left over IP eq.
Post cycle therapy starts after last shot of winny and tren.
HCG + Nolvadex and/or clomid. I have both, so it is whatever I have left. I also have proviron on hand. I might use it along the end of the cycle.wks 1-12: 750 mg/wk test enath
Opinions please Yes there is no eq or deca in this one (due to money constraints). Winny will be taken orally. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Here were my first two cycles:
Cycle #1
Started at 178 pnds at approximately 12% bf
wks 1-9: 500 mg/wk IP test cyp
wks 1-9: 400 mg/wk IP eq
wks 1-4: 35 mg/ed Naps (dbol)
Used HCG and clomid for post cycle. Immediately lost only 5 pnds of water from post cycle.
Gained a solid 28 pnds of so from this one. End the cycle at 205 or so. Then dieted down to 198 before I started my 2nd cycle.

Started at 198 pnds @ 10-12% bf
wks 1-10: 800 mg/wk test enth
wks 1-10: 600 mg/wk eq
wks 1-2: 200 mg/wk test prop
wks 1-2: 50 mg/ed thai dbol
wks 3-11: 150 mg/eod tren
Used HCG and nolvadex for post cycle. Immediately lost only 3 pnds from post cycle. Yes, my 2nd cycle was a bit overkill. However, I had put on 27 pnds in 7 wks (was bloated and carrying water) as I got up to 225. Then I dieted back down to 213 by then end of the cycle. Ended post cycle at at 210. So I basically put on 20 of solid muscle and lost 5-8 pnds of fat.

So, opinions on the third cycle please. Yes eq and deca are obvious additions. However, anyone have other suggetions besides that. Thoughts are appreciated

TweetIf that is arimidex that you are referring to...I tend to stay away from anti-e's until I feel the symtoms just starting. I've only had to use anti e's in the first 2 wks of my second cycle before and it was only around 50 mg/ed or proviron for about 4 days.Originally posted by alwayzgrowing

I'm looking to get as much muscle as possible. And a lil estrogen is good for the mass and cholesterol
