TweetHas anyone ever used Slin during the Carb loading phase for the final days before a competition. I have heard it before, but can’t find too many people that have tried this. In theory the Slin will shuttle the carbs and protein into the muscle and fill them up with Glycogen, but are there any dangers outside of the normal slin use. And what would be the advantage as opposed to regular carb loading after a depletion stage. What’s everyone’s comment on this.
TweetI have used before precontest. Not sure what you really want to know here? All I can think of is it would shuttle more carbs into your depleted muscles faster than normal and speeding up the process. I like using for shitloading. With a traditional carb load you would have to be careful with the Slin because there a greater risk of spillover because of the timeline. Just something you have to workout yourslef and figure how you respond to it.
