i have read posts regarding this subject before. It seems as though there is a debate over this issue.

some bros say that the higher, the better; as it maintains more muscle. but some say that once you go too high, that it becomes harder to shed bf. i've heard some guys say 200mg e4d is perfect. others say over a gram. it seems as different guys have different views.

in your opinion what would be the optimal dose of test for dieting?

i know everyones might be different due to experience and #of cycles, but just in general, due you believe a higher dose better for dieting?

personally, this will be my third cycle. I'm debating between 500 and 750. i'll be using CKD diet. help deciding from experienced bros. would be appreciated.
