      Before breakfast you'll burn fat not calories. I read a post by Nandi where a whey protein isolate will help perserve muscle while burning fat at this time.

      You can it's not a must, but if you do it has to be whey protein isolate not any other type of protein.

      I agree, if you want to lose fat, the morning is best

      many people will tell you that you are going to eat away at your muscle, but unless you are doing well over an hour of INTENSE cardio I don't think it will be much of a worry

      If the cardio and shake upsets your stomach, try deli slices, amino acids, egg whites, etc

      Bro your body will use those as fuel and not brun fat(use fat as fuel). Whey protein isolates is they only protien that allows the body to use fat instead of the protein for fuel at this time.
