Loved it in pill form, no luck with liquid form, I run it 5% up/40%max/ 55% down.

I've never ran a full blown T3 cycle but have often taken 12.5mcg to 25mcg ED while taking slin and it kept extra fat off pretty good!
Yep, thats right, i'm a monkey and you're not.

Remember, before running it. T3 is a muscle killer - so be prepaired if your diet and training aren't in order.

What are your goals with your cycle? I don't see a need for t3, ever. Maybe clen, but most important is that you diet is CLEAN, and your cardio is in place. There is no better cutter.

I really like it. always use it with juice. When I cut I run 400-500mg of test a week and eat a diet of about 250g of carbs, 250g of protein and 20-40g of fat per day spread out over 6 meals. I've never lost any noticeable muscle at all and always look full and stay strong...as long as I keep that 250g of carbs in there. I hate going low on carbs. I see better results this way whether on T3 or not.

I run it just about how LMG said in the first reply. I too use the pill form and really didn't like the liquid form either. Same with a friend of mine. A lot of people seem to really like the liquid form but I don't get anything out of it. And I've used T3 a bunch and have a lot of experience with it to be able to draw a good comparison. That's not to say it doesn't work well (liquid form)...but for me it didn't work very well.

My max dose is 100mcg but I seem to like running it at 75mcg now for a little longer period of time.

T3 is great, but i recommend that anyone considering using it understands it. a shut down thryoid is a very bad thing.
i have cycled it three times with a 40-40-20 diet of around 2300cals, always seems to take 10pounds off. i started agian yesturday...
a good wat to run it would be like this:
      25,25,25-50,50,50-75,75,75-100,100,100-75,75,75-50,50,50-25,25,25
      21 day cycle... good luck
      currently cutting:
      wt: 210lbs
      ht: 5'11"
      bf%: 11%

      current cycle:
      Off

      GU... RIP fallen brother...

Muscle loss.....No, I used it for a pre-competition cycle and diet. I was using Fina/Winny/Prop. Diet was a basic Carb. Manipulation diet. When I started the T-3 I was probably at around 300 grams of protein, 200 grams of carbs, fats below 80. Every week I would drop my carbs by about 20-30 grams. It worked great. My max dose was 100mcg.

What type of sides do most of you get from T3? does it have any noticible ones ... ie, like clen gives you the shakes, gitters, headaches... Does T3 give any sides that you can feel ?

I'm on only 25mcg of T3 ed now and I feel tired all the time. Some suggest taking an ECA with T3 to help keep your energy up. I literally hit the snooze like 10 times today. -crombie09
