I am going to do a cycle for the first time and I want to get the best results possible. As of right now, I am only planning on doing one cycle, so I would like awesome results. I am 26, stand 5'8" and weigh 180 with about 11% bodyfat. I would like to gain around 20 lbs. I am confused about what exactly to take; any advice would be greatly appreciated.:2gunsfiri
