      probably crap BUT! let me say he doesn't look so great that it could be imopssible. think about it. if you could train 11 months. strictly train, eat, sleep. the correct dieting and supplements along with gear use. you could look better than that. most of us work, have other hobbies and responsibilities etc. from what i see he has decent lats and is holding his stomach in and doesn't look any better than any bro in the hood i've seen with his shirt off. wish i had the time to dedicate to just training.

      im not impressed at all with that guys physique.. i think he could have done it half that time.. i saw that advertisement awhile ago but it had more pictures.. he looks the same except he lost bodyfat... the guy is lacking serious mass... he looks pretty skinny to me...
