im about to start a six week T3 cycle starting at 25mcg, peaking at either 75 or 100mcg (depending on how i respond to it) and then tapering down to 12.5mcg. knowing that thyroid will be way slow after cycle, how strict of a diet do i need to stay on to avoid rebound effect? while on it i plan to have protein levels at 2grm per lbs. of body weight and only eat carbs on days i train(less than 100grm). im extremely carb sensitive. how much calories should i drop after cycle to avoid rebound cycle, and should i up cardio post cycle?
