TweetI guess it can hurt you to throw in some cardio whenever you get a chance. I'm not one for it, but what the hell. Depends on what you are looking to do. Do you what to look like a runner or do you want to look like you work out? Your choice.

I just jog for about 20 minutes every Mon and Thurs. Here and there ride my bike for about 20 minutes.
TweetI dont do any cardio when I'm on gear..mainly because I'm trying to bulk, and because my BP goes through the roof, I would probably collaspe if I tried doing any joggin, lol

TweetI do cardio 5 days a week, just started this the last year, and it helps with recovery for me, and it helps to keep you breathing properly on leg day.

i only do cardio while i am dieting. sex is enough cardio for me the rest of the year
TweetSexercise is one my my favorite cardio workouts. what program do you use? Personally I like the thrust, thrust pause, counter clockwise swirl, thrust, thrust, back, forth, repeat....lol
